Copying Current Year Courses to the Build Year

Your school district creates a course catalog for each school year. The course catalog contains all the courses your district offers that year.

You do not have to create a course catalog from scratch when you build next year’s master schedule. Do the following:

1. Copy the district course catalog to the build year.
2. Copy the school course catalog to the build year.
3. On the Courses tab in the Build view, click Refresh on the Options menu to bring school courses to the Build view.

Then, you can edit the scheduling parameters for the courses.

You can also restrict a course to be available to specific schools only.
