Restrict District or Intermediate Organization courses to specific schools

Your district course catalog contains all courses offered for all the schools. Often, certain courses are available for a certain school only, such as a Technology or Vocational school. You can limit the visibility of such courses in the district course catalog.

To restrict district or intermediate organization course visibility:

  1. Log on to the District or Intermediate Organization view.
  2. Click the Schedule tab.
  3. On the Courses side-tab, select the course, and click Details.
  4. In the District view, click the Organization sub-tab. In the Intermediate Organization view, click the School sub-tab.
  5. At the Visibility type field, do one of the following:
  6. Select Exclude to exclude the course from the list.
  7. Select Include to include the course on the list.
  8. Click Add to add a school to the list.
  9. Click Save.
