Managing Health

Aspen's Health view helps you create and manage comprehensive health programs within your school or district.

Use it to meet a variety of health-related needs, including assigning security roles to nurses, fulfilling student immunization requirements, maintaining individual records and reports, and modifying forms and templates.

If you are an administrator or manager of your district's or school's health programs, learn how to do the following:

• Define health reference codes
• Define health log preferences
• Create immunization series
• Edit immunization compliance rules
• Define health screenings performed at your school
• Create health screening templates

To ensure an efficient and accurate setup of Aspen Health, it is recommended that you include your district's head nurse in the setup process.
