Run an at-risk definition

You run an at-risk definition to identify the students who meet its criteria. You can run an at-risk definition from the At Risk side-tab (as described below) or:

Note: The at-risk definition runs for the students associated with the view in which the definition was created. It is further limited by the location the definition is run and the student filter specified in the definition.

Example: If a definition was created in the School view and run from the Tools tab in the District (Root Organization) view, Aspen finds the students associated with that school who meet the student filter criteria. If that same definition is run from the Options menu from a filtered Student List in the District (Root Organization) view, Aspen finds the students in that filtered list associated with the school that created the definition who meet the student filter criteria.
