Import Guided Tasks

Whether they are provided as part of Aspen with a new release or developed locally or through the user community, Guided Tasks can be shared between Aspen users and customized to a district's needs. To obtain a Guided Task developed by another user, import it into your system's database.

To import a Guided Task:

  1. Log on to the District view.
  2. Click the Admin tab, and then click the Workflows side-tab.
  3. From the Options menu, select Import.
  4. Click Browse, and navigate to where you have saved the file with the Guided Task.
  5. Select the *.zip file containing the Guided Task.
  6. Click Analyze to process the import file.
  7. Select the Include reports in case the Guided Task includes any custom reports.
  8. Click Import to add the Guided Task to your database.
