Define grid codes

Define grid codes ranges of addresses within a city, town, or county to identify ranges of addresses within a city, town, or county. Grid codes can be neighborhoods, sections of town, or individual streets. Within each grid code, define the street name, range of numbers, and street direction included within the code.

To define grid codes:

1. Log on to the District view.
2. Click the District tab.
3. Click the Grid Codes side-tab.
4. On the Options menu, click Add. The New Grid Code page appears.
5. Enter the information applicable to this grid code.
6. Click Save.

Now, associate this grid code with schools in your district.
