Managing Documents for Students

You can manage documents for students from the Documents side-tab.

Depending on your user role used to grant or restrict access to a group of users (such as teachers or nurses) to different areas and functions in Aspen privileges, you may be able to access Documents from the following:

• School view, Student tab
• District view, Student tab
• Staff view, Student tab
• Health view, Student tab
• Build view, Student tab
• Special Education view, Student tab
• Family view, Family tab

Here you can:

• View or use journal entries to track meetings with or concerning the individual.
• View or upload documents to save with the student.
• View the student's IEPs.
• View or manage a student's educational plans, such as a 504 plan or an educational proficiency plan.
• View and print other student forms.
