Managing Schedule Attributes for the Current Schedule

In the School view, manage schedule attributes for your current courses, students, and staff members. If you keep this information up-to-date during the school year, you can use the information to build your schedule for next year.

To manage schedule attributes in the School view:

  1. Click the Schedule tab. Then, click the Schedule Attributes side-tab.
  2. Click Course Attributes to view and edit scheduling attributes for courses, such as credits, maximum requests, and base terms per year.
  3. Click Students to view and edit scheduling attributes for students.
  4. Click Staff to view and edit staff scheduling attributes for staff members, such as max-in-a-row, and room number.
