Tracking Health Screenings

You can use Aspen to track any health screenings your school performs for students, such as visual or hearing tests.

To track health screenings:

• Enter a record of a health screening you perform on a specific student.
• Enter records of health screenings you perform on a group of students at one time.
• Delete health screenings for students.
• Calculate students’ body mass index (BMI) using the general screening.

Note: Aspen provides two default result codes: Pass and Fail. You can change and add to the list of results available by customizing the Result Codes reference table in the Health view, Admin tab, Reference side-tab.
