Edit a survey

After you create a survey, you might need to go back into it to edit some of the questions or responses.

To edit a survey:

  1. Go to the Survey widget on the appropriate Page in Aspen.
  2. Click Enter Text icon. in the row of the survey you want to edit. The following pop-up appears:

    Edit the survey's details

    Go to the Setup sub-tab. Edit the fields as necessary.

    Edit an existing question

    On the Questions sub-tab, click the number in the SeqNo column of the appropriate question. The Question Set Response Definition pop-up appears.Edit the fields as needed.

    Add a new question

    On the Questions sub-tab, click Add. Add as many questions as needed. Click herefor more information on adding questions.

    Delete a question

    On the Questions sub-tab, select the checkbox in the row of the question you want to delete. Click Delete on the right side of the pop-up.

    Delete the survey

    On the Setup sub-tab, click Delete. A warning message describes the related records that you are going to delete. To proceed, click Continue. The survey is deleted.
  1. Click Save on either sub-tab when you have completed your edits.
