View the Quick Charts widget

Once a Page administrator configures a Quick Charts widget on a Page, its group members can access the widget and run a Quick Chart.

For a configured Quick Charts widget to appear on a group member's Page:

• The group member must be in the same view that the Page administrator was in when the Quick Chart widget was configured.

• Example: If a school administrator configures a Quick Chart widget in the School view, it is not visible in the District view.

• The group member has access to the context of the configured Quick Chart widget.

• Example: If a Quick Charts widget was configured for the Student Conduct Incident table, the group member must have access to that table to view the Quick Charts widget.

• The group member has access to the saved Quick Chart.

• Example: A Quick Charts widget configured with a user-owned Quick Chart will only be visible to that user, not the other group members.

• The group member has access to the configured Quick Chart widget’s filter.

Note: When a saved Quick Chart is deleted (using the Quick Charts wizard), Aspen deletes any Quick Charts widget that references that Quick Chart.
