Merge Contacts

Sometimes contacts are entered more than once in Aspen in your district. For example, a parent might have been entered multiple times, once for each student in the family, though all those records represent the same person in the real world. Merging records removes the data duplication and allows all students to reference the same contact record.

There are two ways to merge records:

• Merge individual contact records.
• Merge multiple contacts at the same time.
