Disable user accounts for contacts of inactive students

When students become inactive in Aspen, their contacts remain active until you manually disable them. To easily disable user accounts for contacts associated with inactive students, you can run a queryClosed a request to find a group of records that match specific criteria at a particular time that removes inactive contacts.

To create a query to remove inactive contacts:

  1. Log on to the District or Intermediate Organization view.
  2. Select Admin > Users.
  3. Select Options > Query.
  4. Click the top-right drop-down to select Direct SQL Mode.
  5. New Query pop-up with Direct SQL Mode selected
