Define Health preferences

To define health preferences for your district:

1. Log on to the District view.
2. Click the District tab.
3. On the Setup side-tab, click Preferences. The general preferences page appears.
4. Click the Category drop-down to select Health. The Health preferences appear:

5. At the Immunizations doses allowed field, enter how many doses will be allowed for each immunization series.
6. At the Screening customization procedure field, click . The Procedure Definition Pick List appears. Select the procedure Aspen uses to customize screenings, and then click OK.

Note: If you select the HSC-Fitness procedure, health instructors can perform custom calculations on health screenings when any field is populated.

7. Click Save.

Note: You can also define Health Log preferences for your school from the Health view.
