Define District (Root Organization) Global preferences

To associate a reference code with a Global Data Table category:

1. Log on to the District view.
2. Click the District tab.
3. Under the Setup side-tab, click Preferences.
4. Click the Category drop-down to select Global. The Global preferences appear:

5. Type the reference code in the category code field to be associated with.
6. Click Save.
