Create new Guided Tasks

A Guided Task is essentially a type of workflowClosed a method of coordinating multi-step processes involving one or more users with additional capabilities.

To create a new Guided Task, see Define Workflow Details. The two requirements for Guided Tasks on the Workflow Definition Details page are:

  • Category must be set to Guided Task so the Guided Task displays on the district’s or school’s Guided Tasks side-tab.
  • Owner Table Config > Name must be set to School for the Guided Task to appear in School view; or to Organization for the Guided Task to appear in the District or Organization view.
