Run the Neighborhood School Variance report

Run the Neighborhood School Variance report to view a list of students who are attending a school that is different from the neighborhood school associated with their grid code.

The detailed report includes the student's:

• name
• address
• current school
• grid code
• neighborhood school associated with the student's grid code
• reason for not attending the neighborhood school

The summary version of the report lists for each school the total number of students who are not attending their neighborhood school, and the reason for not attending. It does not list the individual students.

To run the Neighborhood School Variance report:

1. Log on to the District view.
2. Click the Student tab.
3. On the Reports menu, do one of the following:
• Click School Variance Detail.
• Click School Variance Summary.

4. Enter the report parameters.
5. Click Run. The report displays in the format you specify.
