Associate staff members to multiple schools

Staff members might teach classes at multiple schools in your district. You must associate these staff members with each of these schools, so that you can include them in each school's master schedule.

Note: You can also manage school associations by associating groups of staff members to one or more schools at a time instead.

To associate staff members to schools:

  1. Log on to the District, School, or Personnel view.
  2. Click the Staff tab.
    Note: In the Personnel view, you can click the Participation tab, then the Schools side-tab to associate staff members with schools.
  1. Click the Schools side-tab.
  2. On the Options menu, click Add. Add a record for each school the staff member teaches in.
    Note: When a staff member associated with multiple schools uses Aspen, he or she can click Select School on the settings bar to view information for the different schools.
