View and enter IEP information on the Global tab

Users with the privilege of accessing the Global tab (usually special education managers) can use that tab in the Special Education view to enter or view IEP Individualized Education Program information for all special education students, by category. For example, you can view a list of all goals for all IEPs in your program.

To use the Global tab:

1. Log on to the Special Education view.
2. Click the Global tab.
3. Click one of the following side-tabs column of buttons of the left side of the Aspen user interface to view a list of all records:
• Goals
• Progress
• Services
• Accommodations
• Team Members
• Meetings
• Disabilities
• Goal Bank
