Run the Teacher Utilization report

Run the Teacher Utilization report to view a list of teachers and all the courses they are scheduled to teach each period. The system sorts teachers by department:

Use the results to determine if a teacher is over- or under-utilized.

To run the Teacher Utilization report:

1. Log on to the Build view.
2. Click the Workspace tab.
3. On the Reports menu, click Teacher Utilization. The Teacher Utilization pop-up appears.
4. Enter the report parameters. The report displays in the format you specify.
