Suspension Notice Report

Run the Suspension Notice report to print a letter to be sent to parents/guardians regarding their child's suspension:

This letter goes into the student's file. You have the option of printing a parent copy, student services copy, and school copy.

To run the Suspension Notice report:

  1. Log on to the District or School view.
  2. Select Conduct > Incident History.
  3. Search for and select the student.
  4. On the Reports menu, click Suspension Notice. The Suspension Notice pop-up appears.
  5. Enter the report parameters.
    Note: If you need to print an additional copy of this letter to be sent to another address (such as for divorced families), select the Alternate mailings checkbox.
