Aspen Mobile for Students and Families

You can check your grades and school information anytime, anywhere, using Aspen Mobile on your smartphone or tablet.

To use Aspen Mobile:

  1. On your mobile device, type the URL to your district's Aspen in the Address bar of a Web browser. The Aspen Mobile logon page appears.
  2. Enter your Aspen username and password. Aspen Mobile opens:

    View your grades in your classes:

    A list of your classes in the current year and term appears, with each teacher's name and your current averages.

    If you want to view classes for the previous year or grade term, click the Year drop-down and select Previous Year, or click the Term drop-down and select the appropriate term. To change the columns that appear, click in the upper-right hand corner of your screen:

    Tap a class name to view your average, standards, and attendance summaries in that class:

    Tap a category name to view all of your scores for all assignments in each category:

    To view any assignments that are due today or tomorrow:

    If an assignment has an attachment, tap the paper clip to view it.

    Tap a box next to each assignment name to check items off your 'to do' list.
    Click on an assignment to view its details.

    View any Pages you have access to, including your class Pages. From here, you can access class resources, blogs, forums, and any other widgets included on a Page.
